The Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Reni Desmiarti, S.T., M.T., IPU, stated that the program represents a strategic initiative to meet the evolving demands of the future energy industry.
“Our Master’s Program in Renewable Energy Engineering is designed to produce graduates who excel not only academically but are also highly adaptive to the rapidly evolving industrial landscape. We aim to develop future leaders capable of integrating technology, policy, and sustainability in addressing Indonesia’s energy challenges,” she said.
A similar view was expressed by Ir. Erda Rahmilalila Desfitri, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., a lecturer at the Faculty of Industrial Technology, who emphasized the importance of strengthening the connection between academia and industrial practice.
“This program has been developed based on real-world industry needs. Alumni who are already working can directly relate their coursework to the challenges they encounter in their professional environments, enabling them to develop practical and impactful solutions,” she added.
