
EduAsiaNews, Tabalong – Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), in collaboration with the Tabalong Regency Government, held an Action Plan Meeting on Assistance for the Completion of Documentation Requirements for the Banua Enam Off-Campus Study Program (PSDKU) on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at the Official Residence of the Regent of Tabalong.
The meeting served as a follow-up to the Cooperation Agreement between ULM and the Tabalong Regency Government regarding the implementation of the PSDKU. The primary focus of the discussion was to accelerate the development of the program while ensuring the completion of all required documentation in accordance with prevailing regulations.
The Regent of Tabalong, Ir. H. M. Noor Rifani, S.H., S.T., M.T., expressed his appreciation for the strong synergy established with ULM. According to him, the presence of the PSDKU reflects a shared commitment to enhancing the quality of human resources through higher education.
“The establishment of ULM’s PSDKU in Tabalong represents our collective effort to educate future generations and expand access to higher education for the community,” he stated.
Furthermore, the Regent emphasized that the development of ULM’s PSDKU aligns with the Tabalong Smart flagship program, which prioritizes the enhancement of human resource quality through the education sector.
Following the opening remarks, the meeting continued with an interactive discussion addressing key aspects of the PSDKU’s development, including documentation requirements, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, and strategic measures to meet the stipulated criteria.
Through this forum, ULM and the Tabalong Regency Government expressed their hope for stronger coordination to ensure that the development of the Banua Enam PSDKU proceeds as planned and delivers broad benefits to the community and regional development.
