
EduAsiaNews, Can Tho – From July 24 to 26, 2026, Nam Can Tho University held its 2026 Graduation Ceremony (Phase 1), conferring degrees upon more than 3,500 graduates, including medical doctors, pharmacists, bachelor’s degree recipients, engineers, and architects.
The ceremony was conducted in seven sessions, awarding degrees to graduates from a broad range of academic disciplines, including Law, Economics, Finance and Banking, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Multimedia Communication, Civil Engineering, Architecture, English Language, Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, and many other fields.
This year, 47 graduates (approximately 1.2%) earned Excellent honors, while more than 400 graduates received Good honors. Notably, the university graduated 300 new medical doctors, strengthening the supply of highly qualified healthcare professionals to support the healthcare sector.
During the ceremony, university leaders presented graduation certificates to the graduates and recognized students who achieved outstanding academic performance.
After more than 13 years of development (2013–2026), Nam Can Tho University now offers 49 undergraduate programs, nine master’s programs, three Level I specialist programs, and two doctoral programs. The university also provides bridging and part-time academic programs. For the 2025–2026 academic year, it offers 10 degree programs delivered entirely in English, reflecting its commitment to internationalization and the development of globally competitive graduates.
