Registration officially commenced on Monday, 25 May 2026, at 3:00 PM WIB through the official registration portal at pendaftaran.upnvj.ac.id. This admission pathway provides an opportunity for prospective students interested in pursuing higher education at UPNVJ who meet the established requirements. The UPNVJ Independent Admission Selection serves as a pathway for prospective students to become part of the State Defense Campus community. Through this selection process, UPNVJ offers opportunities for candidates who demonstrate academic readiness, achievement potential, and a strong commitment to personal growth and contribution within the higher education environment.
For SEMA UPNVJ 2026, applicants may choose between two admission pathways, namely the Academic Pathway and the Achievement Pathway. The Academic Pathway utilizes the 2026 UTBK-SNBT examination scores and the 2026 State Defense Literacy Test scores as the primary criteria for admission. Meanwhile, the Achievement Pathway combines the academic criteria with additional academic and/or non-academic achievements.
The opening of these two admission pathways reflects the university’s commitment to expanding access for prospective students with diverse competencies and backgrounds. Applicants with strong academic performance may apply through the Academic Pathway, while those possessing additional academic or non-academic achievements may take advantage of the Achievement Pathway in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Based on the official schedule, online registration for SEMA UPNVJ 2026 will take place from 25 May 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB until 4 June 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB. Payment for the registration form may be completed from 25 May 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB until 4 June 2026 at 5:00 PM WIB. The completion of registration stages will remain open from 25 May 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB until 4 June 2026 at 11:59 PM WIB.
Prospective applicants are also advised to pay close attention to several important stages following the registration process. Printing of the SEMA UPNVJ registration participant card will be available starting from 25 May 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB, while printing of the examination participant card is scheduled for 12 June 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB. On the same date, UPNVJ will also announce information regarding the skills assessment for applicants applying through the Achievement Pathway.
The next stage is the State Defense Literacy Test trial session, which will be conducted on 17 June 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM WIB. The official State Defense Literacy Test is scheduled for 25 June 2026 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB, while the skills assessment for relevant applicants will be conducted on 27 June 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB.
The announcement of the SEMA UPNVJ 2026 selection results is scheduled for 6 July 2026 at 3:00 PM WIB. Applicants who successfully pass the selection process may proceed with the new student re-registration process from 7 July 2026 at 5:00 PM WIB until 10 July 2026 at 11:59 PM WIB.
