EduAsiaNews, Jakarta — The seventh day of the 2026 Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK-SNBT) at the UTBK Center of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), Limo Campus, on Monday, April 27, 2026, proceeded smoothly and in an orderly manner. Nevertheless, the committee recorded several administrative issues experienced by participants, ranging from incorrect examination locations and incomplete documents to participants arriving on dates that did not correspond to their scheduled sessions. These issues generally occurred due to participants’ lack of attention in reviewing the schedule, location, and requirements established by the central committee of the National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB).

Since early morning, officers at each service point had been on standby to assist with participants’ arrival process. Administrative staff from UPNVJ Public Relations, the security team, and the medical team performed their respective duties to ensure that all procedures ran in an orderly manner, from participant arrival, initial checks, and verification, to guidance toward examination rooms.

Several participants who became anxious due to administrative issues immediately received assistance from officers. Those who arrived at the wrong location were provided with clear directions to the correct examination site. Participants with incomplete documents were guided to understand the applicable requirements. Meanwhile, those who arrived on incorrect dates were calmly informed that examination schedules strictly follow the official SNPMB regulations.

The presence of officers on-site played a crucial role in maintaining an orderly atmosphere. The committee not only carried out inspection and supervision functions but also provided clear information to participants and their companions. Through a communicative approach, participants who initially appeared anxious were able to regain composure and better understand their situations.

Such issues were largely associated with participants’ lack of thoroughness in reviewing their examination cards, locations, schedules, and administrative requirements. Therefore, the committee once again reminded UTBK-SNBT participants to carefully check all documents before departing for the examination site.

Participants are advised to reread their examination cards, confirm their test date and session, verify the location address, and prepare all required documents. Conducting a personal check prior to the examination day is considered essential to prevent panic upon arrival at the venue. Participants’ attentiveness is a key factor in supporting the smooth implementation of UTBK-SNBT.

In addition to assisting participants facing difficulties, the security team also played a role in managing the flow of arrivals and directing participants to avoid crowding at any single point. The medical team remained on standby to anticipate participants requiring minor medical assistance while in the examination area. This cross-team coordination ensured that the seventh day of UTBK-SNBT implementation at UPNVJ Limo remained well-controlled.

UPNVJ considers calm, friendly, and responsive service to be part of its institutional responsibility as one of the UTBK-SNBT 2026 centers. The campus not only provides examination rooms and facilities but also ensures that participants receive adequate guidance when encountering issues on-site.

The Rector of UPNVJ, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, M.A., Comm., views the smooth implementation of UTBK-SNBT as part of the university’s commitment to delivering orderly, transparent, and public-oriented educational services. The safe and well-organized conduct of the examination reflects UPNVJ’s readiness to support the national agenda of new student admissions while strengthening public trust in the governance of campus services. The spelling of the Rector’s name and academic titles follows the official UPNVJ publications of 2026.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
