EduAsiaNews, Jakarta – Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a leadership meeting preceded by a silaturahmi (post-Eid al-Fitr gathering) on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Nusantara 1 Meeting Room, UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus, South Jakarta. The meeting was led by the Rector of UPNVJ, Anter Venus, and attended by the Chair of the UPNVJ Senate, Basuki Supartono, along with vice rectors, deans, bureau heads, heads of institutions, and coordinators across UPNVJ. A warm and collegial atmosphere marked the opening of the leadership meeting. University and faculty leaders engaged in silaturahmi and mutual forgiveness as part of reinforcing a sense of togetherness following Eid al-Fitr. This sense of unity serves as an important foundation for fostering more open, collaborative, and productive communication across organizational units.

The Rector of UPNVJ, Anter Venus, emphasized that silaturahmi within the leadership forum is not merely an annual tradition, but an integral part of strengthening the institution’s work culture. According to him, the spirit of fraternity, mutual trust, and collective effort must be continuously upheld so that each unit can move in alignment in addressing challenges and achieving the university’s targets.

Through this forum, UPNVJ reaffirmed its commitment to building solid, harmonious, and results-oriented governance. Synergy among leaders is expected to strengthen the implementation of programs in academic affairs, governance, student development, partnerships, and sustainable institutional growth.

From a university leadership perspective, the leadership meeting initiated with silaturahmi reflects UPNVJ’s concrete efforts to maintain organizational cohesion as a foundation for transformation. Under the leadership of Anter Venus, fostering a collaborative work culture remains a key element in advancing UPNVJ toward becoming a more excellent, adaptive, and globally competitive public university.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
