EduAsiaNews, Riau – Universitas Riau (Unri) inaugurated 242 Civil Servants (ASN) on Thursday (August 13, 2026). The ceremony was held in a hybrid format, with participants joining online via Zoom and attending in person at the Siak Sri Indrapura Room, Rectorate Building.
The newly inaugurated ASN comprise structural officials as well as newly appointed lecturers and education personnel in functional positions.
In her remarks, Unri Rector Prof. Dr. Sri Indarti, S.E., M.Si., called on all newly inaugurated ASN to work together to strengthen Universitas Riau by continuously improving their professional competence and fostering collaboration.
“Be ASN with strong competence, integrity, and a spirit of collaboration. A stronger Universitas Riau is built through the synergy of all of us,” she said.
On the occasion, Rector Sri Indarti also reminded the newly inaugurated ASN to consistently uphold and implement the BerAKHLAK Core Values for Indonesian Civil Servants in carrying out their duties.
“This inauguration marks an important moment for us to strengthen synergy and collaboration and make a greater contribution to Universitas Riau,” the Rector added.
The ceremony was also attended by leaders from faculties, units, and institutions across Universitas Riau.
