EduAsiaNews, Jakarta – The fourth day of the Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK-SNBT) 2026 at the UTBK-SNBT Center of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ), Limo Campus, Depok, on Friday, April 24, 2026, proceeded smoothly without significant obstacles. This smooth implementation was supported by the readiness of the committee, which had been organized according to their respective roles, including information officers, document verifiers, medical teams, room supervisors, site coordinators, security personnel, and cleaning staff. This service scheme forms part of UPNVJ’s efforts to maintain order, comfort, and the safety of participants during UTBK-SNBT 2026.
From the moment participants arrived at the examination venue, the UPNVJ Limo committee had been stationed at various service points to ensure an orderly flow of the process. Information officers from UPNVJ Public Relations assisted in directing participants, while document verifiers ensured the completeness of administrative requirements before participants entered the examination area. Meanwhile, security and cleaning personnel helped maintain a conducive campus environment throughout the examination.
Beyond the technical aspects of implementation, attention to participants’ conditions was also a key focus. On the second day of UTBK-SNBT 2026, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, as well as on the fourth day, Friday, April 24, 2026, several participants experienced health issues. In response, the medical team and UPNVJ Public Relations promptly coordinated with the site coordinator to ensure that participants received timely and appropriate assistance.
One participant in the first session on the fourth day, Filia, experienced abdominal discomfort before completing the examination. After being examined by the on-duty medical team and doctor, the condition was suspected to be related to gastritis, which can be triggered by dietary patterns or stress levels prior to the exam.
In a brief interview with the UPNVJ Public Relations team after her condition improved, Filia explained that she had just completed a competency examination at her school prior to taking the UTBK-SNBT 2026, resulting in a particularly demanding schedule over the past few days.
“I just finished my competency test yesterday, and then immediately had UTBK, so it’s been quite hectic. But thankfully, I was able to complete the exam, and everything went smoothly,” she said.
Filia also expressed her appreciation for the responsiveness of the UPNVJ medical team and Public Relations staff. According to her, the presence of a responsive and humane committee provided a sense of security, especially for participants experiencing health issues during the examination.
“I truly appreciate the prompt response of the medical team and UPNVJ Public Relations. The committee was very humane toward all participants, especially for me and others who experienced health problems,” she added.
The implementation of UTBK-SNBT 2026 at the UPNVJ Limo Campus is part of the broader administration of the exam at UPNVJ, which is being conducted at two locations: the Pondok Labu Campus in South Jakarta and the Limo Campus in Depok. Nationally, UTBK-SNBT 2026 is held from April 21 to May 2, 2026, with UPNVJ once again serving as one of the official test centers, providing optimally prepared participant services.
The readiness of the committee at UPNVJ Limo aligns with the supervision and service patterns implemented since the beginning of UTBK-SNBT 2026. UPNVJ has deployed personnel at strategic points, including campus entrances, waiting areas, and in front of examination rooms, to ensure orderly participant movement without disrupting others.
Institutionally, the smooth implementation of UTBK-SNBT 2026 reflects UPNVJ’s commitment to delivering educational services that are orderly, safe, and participant-oriented. The Rector of UPNVJ, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, as stated on the official university leadership webpage, emphasizes institutional service as a key element in building public trust in the university. Through committee preparedness, strengthened on-site coordination, and swift responses to participants in need, UPNVJ reaffirms its commitment to conducting UTBK-SNBT not only in a procedurally sound manner but also with a humane approach for all participants.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
