EduAsiaNews, Bangka — The leadership of Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB) reviewed the work readiness of employees across all faculties and administrative units following the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri holiday on Wednesday (March 25, 2026). This activity was conducted to ensure that office operations resume optimally while reinforcing coordination and work discipline.

The inspection on the first day back at work was led by members of the university’s leadership, namely Vice Rector I for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, Devi Valeriani; Vice Rector II for Finance and General Affairs, Henny Helmi; and Vice Rector III for Planning, Information Systems, and Cooperation, Hamsani. Their presence was welcomed by faculty leaders, unit heads, and administrative staff.

In addition to exchanging post-holiday greetings, the leadership also monitored employee attendance and the readiness of administrative services for students. On this occasion, UBB’s leadership emphasized the importance of maintaining post-Eid work enthusiasm as a momentum to enhance performance and service quality. Discipline and professionalism, they noted, are key to supporting good university governance.

“After observing the month of Ramadan and celebrating Eid al-Fitr, we return with renewed spirit. This is the time to strengthen our commitment to delivering the best possible services to the academic community,” they stated.

The leadership also expressed appreciation for employees who returned to work on time and expressed hope that such a positive work culture would be consistently maintained.

Through this activity, UBB reaffirmed its commitment to sustaining a productive work rhythm and ensuring that all units are fully prepared to carry out academic and administrative programs and services optimally at the start of the post-Eid working period. (UBB Public Relations)
