EduAsiaNews, Jakarta – The Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP) of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) has established its strategic direction and performance targets for 2026 through the implementation of a Management Review Meeting (RTM), accompanied by the signing of derivative Performance Agreements (PK). The event was held on Thursday (March 5, 2026) in the LPMPP Meeting Room, 4th Floor of the UPNVJ Rectorate Building. This activity served as a strategic forum to evaluate the previous year’s performance achievements while aligning work programs to strengthen the university’s educational quality assurance system.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary of LPMPP, Heads of Centers within LPMPP, and the administrative team. Through this forum, each work unit reviewed its performance achievements and ensured that the 2026 work programs align with the university’s policy direction in improving educational quality, developing learning systems, and strengthening academic governance.
The Head of LPMPP UPNVJ, Satria Yudhia Wijaya, S.E., M.S., Ak., in his remarks expressed appreciation for the LPMPP team’s performance throughout 2025. He emphasized that the institution’s performance achievements were highly commendable, with LPMPP successfully securing first place in the 2025 Performance Agreement achievement among bureaus and institutions, with a score of 99.36 percent.
“This achievement is the result of the hard work and commitment of the entire LPMPP team in implementing work programs optimally. We hope that through the 2026 Performance Agreement, all units will continue to improve their performance while maintaining this achievement,” said Satria.
On this occasion, Satria also explained several adjustments in the structure of the 2026 work program management. One of the changes includes the addition of a Head of Center responsible for the International Office (KUI) in order to strengthen internationalization within the university. Meanwhile, the management of university ranking activities is now coordinated under the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM).
The Management Review Meeting also served as a momentum to evaluate the implementation of the 2025 Performance Agreement and to sign the derivative Performance Agreements by all work units within LPMPP. This step was taken to ensure that each unit has clear and measurable targets aligned with the university’s quality improvement strategy.
Satria emphasized that LPMPP plays a strategic role as the main driving force in strengthening the quality assurance system at UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Moving forward, LPMPP will increasingly focus on integrating quality assurance, learning innovation, and internationalization as part of efforts to enhance the quality of education and the university’s academic reputation.
“LPMPP must become the driving engine of the university’s quality. The integration of quality assurance, learning development, and internationalization must continue to be strengthened in order to deliver tangible impacts on improving the quality of education at UPN Veteran Jakarta,” he explained.
At the end of the event, Satria encouraged all members of the LPMPP team to continue maintaining integrity, strengthening collaboration, and working professionally in achieving the established performance targets.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
