EduAsiaNews, Semarang – The Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science (FTIK) of Universitas Semarang (USM) held its 39th Graduation Ceremony at the Ir. Widjatmoko Auditorium on Tuesday (February 3, 2026), awarding degrees to 77 graduates, consisting of 23 graduates in Communication Science (S1), 15 in Information Systems (S1), 31 in Informatics Engineering (S1), and 8 in Tourism (S1).
The Dean of FTIK USM, Dr. Atmoko Nugroho, ST, M.Eng, expressed pride in the graduates, hoping that they will continue to make positive contributions to society.
“Graduation is not the end of the learning journey, but the beginning of a tangible role in bringing innovation and solutions for the advancement of the nation,” he stated.
The top graduates of FTIK USM’s 39th cohort posed for a photo with Vice Rector III, Dr. April Firman Daru, S.Kom, M.Kom, and Dean Atmoko Nugroho, ST, M.Eng.
In addition to the main ceremony, the graduation also featured creative documentation by FTIK’s multimedia team and live coverage on the faculty’s social media channels, as a form of appreciation and keepsake for the graduates and their families.
With a spirit of collaboration and professionalism, the FTIK graduation successfully reflected the faculty’s core values in shaping graduates who are well-prepared to face the challenges of the digital era.
