Universitas Siliwangi (UNSIL) conducted an evaluation of the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (BLU) for the first semester and the Utilization of Assets within Universitas Siliwangi in 2025.

Ak., M.Si., CGAA, CGAE, CPDMA, CA, Head of the Finance and State Property Bureau at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, as a resource speaker. He presented strategies for improving the quality of BLU financial management and optimizing the utilization of university assets.
The event was officially opened by the Rector of Universitas Siliwangi, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nundang Busaeri, M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng., and attended by the Senate Chair, Vice Rectors, Head of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI), Bureau Heads, Deans, Director of the Postgraduate Program, Heads of Institutes, Vice Deans, Vice Directors of Postgraduate Programs, procurement officials, and other invited guests.
In his remarks, the Rector emphasized that UNSIL’s transformation from a Work Unit (Satuan Kerja / Satker) to a Public Service Agency (Badan Layanan Umum / BLU) is a strategic step with significant implications for university governance. “This transition is not merely an administrative change, but a strategic leap to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and accountability in financial management. As a BLU, we are granted the authority to manage our revenues independently and reinvest them to improve service quality,” he stated.
The Rector also highlighted the importance of maintaining transparency and accountability in financial management. “Today’s evaluation is a crucial moment to assess how BLU principles have been implemented in the first semester of 2025, while also identifying achievements, challenges, and opportunities for future improvements,” he added.
In his presentation, Dr. Agus Sunarya Sulaeman provided a detailed evaluation and strategic guidance to promote performance-based financial management, inter-unit synergy, and innovative asset utilization to increase university revenue and services.
Through this activity, it is expected that all university leaders and unit managers at Universitas Siliwangi will strengthen effective financial governance and utilize assets productively and sustainably for the advancement of the institution.
