EduAsiaNews, Jakarta – Ahead of the implementation of the Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Test (UTBK-SNBT) 2026, scheduled to take place from April 21 to April 30, 2026, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) reminds all participants to thoroughly prepare before taking the exam. Such preparation includes administrative completeness, compliance with regulations, and readiness to arrive on time at the designated examination venue. The official UTBK 2026 schedule is set to run from April 21 to May 2, 2026.
As one of the UTBK-SNBT 2026 test centers, UPNVJ emphasizes the importance of participant discipline in ensuring an orderly, secure, and smooth examination process. Previously, UPNVJ has also finalized its readiness in terms of technological infrastructure, human resources, and examination facilities to support the implementation of a nationally standardized UTBK.
The UTBK-SNBT center at UPNVJ has established dress code regulations that must be strictly followed by all participants. Attire must be neat and modest, such as short- or long-sleeved shirts paired with long trousers or long skirts, along with closed-toe shoes. Casual clothing such as T-shirts, jackets, hoodies, and sweaters is not permitted. Participants are also prohibited from wearing sandals, open-toe footwear, sportswear, jogger pants, ripped jeans, and excessive accessories, including wristwatches.
Female participants who wear headscarves are allowed to do so, provided they comply with the applicable dress code. Adherence to these regulations is essential to maintain order, uniformity, and the efficiency of pre-examination checks.
In addition to dress code compliance, participants are required to prepare all necessary documents. The UTBK 2026 Participant Card is mandatory as the primary requirement for taking the exam. Participants from the 2026 cohort must bring an original Grade 12 certificate letter signed by the school principal, containing the student’s name, National Student Identification Number (NISN), school NPSN, and a recent photograph. Meanwhile, graduates from 2024 and 2025 must present their original diploma or a legalized copy. All participants are also required to carry a valid official identification document, such as a national ID card (KTP) or a driver’s license (SIM). These document requirements are consistent with UPNVJ’s official information regarding UTBK-SNBT 2026 and previous reminders issued in earlier years.
UPNVJ also advises participants to visit the examination location one day prior to the test to avoid confusion and prevent delays. On the examination day, participants must occupy the seats assigned to them. They are also required to write their name and participant number on the provided scratch paper and sign it as part of the examination procedure.
Through this advisory, UPNVJ hopes that all UTBK-SNBT 2026 participants will attend with optimal preparation and comply with all applicable regulations. Participant discipline is a crucial element in supporting a well-organized, smooth, and credible national selection process, while also reflecting the readiness of prospective students to enter higher education. UPNVJ has reaffirmed its readiness as a UTBK-SNBT 2026 test center, supported by facilities and systems that continue to be refined in preparation for the examination days.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
