EduAsiaNews, Depok — Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Indonesia (UI Vocational Education Program) successfully hosted the prestigious international conference, The 3rd Asian Physiotherapy Network Conference 2026. Held at the Vocational UI Auditorium on Saturday (14/02/2026), the forum served as a meeting point for physiotherapy practitioners, researchers, and academics from across Asia to shape the future of an evidence-based and technology-driven profession.
Under the overarching theme, “Building the Future of Physiotherapy: Academic Networks and the Power of Evidence,” the conference aimed to strengthen cross-border synergy in enhancing the quality of rehabilitation services at the global level.
In his remarks, the Vice Director for Education, Research, and Student Affairs of UI Vocational Education, Badrul Munir, Ph.D., emphasized that the conference forms part of the internationalization strategy of UI Vocational Education. “APNC serves as an important platform to reinforce a strong research culture and expand global academic networks. UI Vocational Education strives to encourage both students and faculty members to actively engage in international academic networks in order to produce scientific work that is impactful and responsive to societal needs,” Munir stated.
