The cooperation agreement was signed by Prof. Pribadiyono, Executive Director of LSP Quantum HRM International, and Nantia Rena Dewi Munggaran, Director of Transformasia Sinergi, in Surabaya in mid-January 2026. The signing marks a shared commitment by both parties to build institutional synergy in strengthening a sustainable human capital development ecosystem.
Through this partnership, Quantum HRM International and Transformasia Sinergi will jointly develop a range of training and certification programs targeting professionals, corporations, government institutions, state-owned enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Negara/BUMN), and educational institutions. The collaboration is designed to address the challenges of workforce transformation, which increasingly require human resources that are not only technically competent, but also adaptive, ethical, and capable of making strategic contributions to organizations.
Prof. Pribadiyono stated that the partnership represents an important step in expanding access to credible professional certification services that are aligned with the evolving needs of the labor market.
“This cooperation is part of our efforts to broaden access to credible competency-based training and certification that are relevant to current workforce demands. We view the synergy with Transformasia Sinergi as a strategic step to ensure that certification programs not only meet standards, but also deliver tangible impact on human capital development,” he said.
He emphasized that strengthening human resource quality requires sustained collaboration among stakeholders.
“Improving the quality of human resources cannot be done in isolation. Continuous collaboration between certification bodies and strategic partners is essential to ensure that the competencies developed truly address organizational and industry challenges,” he added.
Implicitly, Prof. Pribadiyono also underlined that the partnership is designed as a long-term collaboration aimed at building a training and certification ecosystem that is more responsive to dynamic changes and global workforce needs.
Meanwhile, Nantia Rena Dewi Munggaran, Director of Transformasia Sinergi, highlighted that human capital development is a fundamental pillar in driving organizational transformation.
“Transformasia Sinergi believes that an organization’s greatest investment lies in the quality of its people. Through this collaboration, we are committed to supporting structured, adaptive, and highly competitive human resource development,” Nantia said.
She added that the partnership with Quantum HRM International creates opportunities to deliver a more integrated approach to training and certification.
“This collaboration opens space for synergy in delivering training and certification programs that are not only focused on meeting competency requirements, but also on fostering sustainable individual and organizational transformation,” she explained.
Separately, Nantia reaffirmed that Transformasia Sinergi views this cooperation as part of the company’s commitment to enhancing professional quality through systematic and impact-oriented training and certification frameworks.
With the establishment of this collaboration, Quantum HRM International and Transformasia Sinergi expressed optimism that they will deliver human capital development programs that emphasize quality, relevance, and sustainability, while strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesia’s workforce amid global transformation challenges.
