
The Rector of UNNES, Prof. Dr. S. Martono, M.Si., emphasized that the inauguration of professors is not merely a personal achievement but an academic mandate full of responsibility.
“Enhancing the academic climate, publication productivity, and the social impact of scientific knowledge. ‘Diktisaintek Berdampak’ marks a paradigm shift, ensuring that knowledge does not remain confined within academia, but generates significant social, ecological, and economic impact,” he asserted.

He is known for research strengthening the link-and-match system between vocational education and industry through the 8+i model and the SIMILA innovation, a digital school–industry partnership information system.
In the field of fine arts education, Prof. Dr. Syakir Muharrar, M.Sn., contributes through studies on batik as cultural heritage in education, developing a cultural dialectic approach that combines traditional values with global dynamics.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Drs. Suhadi, S.H., M.Si., as Professor of Land Law, focuses on urban agrarian justice. Through a socio-legal approach, he advocates urban agrarian reform based on collaboration to ensure legal certainty and the right to adequate housing.
Prof. Dr. Drs. Hermawan Pamot Raharjo, M.Pd., inaugurated as Professor in the field of Physical Education Learning Development, developed the Competition-Based Learning (CBL) model to enhance student participation, sportsmanship, and character building in physical education.
