EduAsiaNews, Jakarta – Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) once again held the Announcement of Performance Achievements for the 2025 Performance Agreements of Sub-Work Unit Heads (Ka. Sub Satker) on Wednesday (February 18, 2026) at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Auditorium, UPNVJ. The event served as both an evaluation forum and a moment of appreciation for work units that demonstrated outstanding performance throughout 2025. Awards were presented directly by the Rector of UPNVJ together with the university’s leadership as a tangible commitment to strengthening a culture of accountability and transparent, results-oriented university governance.

In the Faculty category within UPNVJ, the 2025 Best Performance Achievement Award was conferred upon the Faculty of Economics and Business. In the Bureau and Institute category, recognition was awarded to the Institute for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (LPMPP). Meanwhile, in the category comprising SPI, UPA, KEP, Public Relations, and International Affairs Office (KUI), the award was earned by the UPA Bahasa UPNVJ.

These achievements reflect consistent implementation of measurable key performance indicators, ranging from academic governance and the strengthening of quality assurance systems to support services for the tridharma of higher education. The evaluation was conducted based on the realization of performance agreement targets established at the beginning of the fiscal year, taking into account effectiveness, efficiency, and impact on improving the quality of educational services.

Representing LPMPP, Satria Yudhia, S.E., M.S.Ak., expressed gratitude for the recognition received. “We are truly grateful for this award. However, we recognize that we are not the only ones performing well; all work units have demonstrated strong performance. We thank the leadership for their appreciation of our collective efforts. This award serves as motivation for us to work even better for UPNVJ. Thank you to the entire LPMPP team—may we all be granted good health and continued success in advancing UPNVJ,” he stated.

In his remarks, the Rector of UPNVJ, Anter Venus, emphasized that the announcement of performance achievements forms part of a broader effort to build an integrated and sustainable performance-based management system. According to him, an accountable work culture must be established through clear indicators, objective evaluation, and proportional appreciation.

He further underscored that the success of a work unit is not measured solely by numerical achievements, but also by its tangible contribution to the university’s reputation and competitiveness. “Excellent performance must lead to improved service quality, stronger governance, and enhanced public trust. This is the foundation for becoming a globally competitive university,” he affirmed.

Through this initiative, UPNVJ hopes that all Sub-Work Unit Heads and campus work units will continue to strengthen synergy, innovation, and commitment to achieving institutional targets. The recognition granted is expected to foster collective motivation in realizing a university governance system that is excellent, transparent, and accountable, in line with UPNVJ’s transformation as a state defense-oriented campus that remains adaptive to contemporary challenges.(www.upnvj.ac.id)
